This involves site visits by Archifascapes directors or Company approved pedologist , notes taking of all aspects of the sites, soil sampling and eventual soil test, noting client’s needs and obtaining existing site levels.

This services entails generating an appropriate 2D, 3D and/or 3D animation plan of the proposed landscape area, putting into consideration client’s needs, site characteristics and professional opinion. The plan comes with a bill of quantities to highlights the financial implications.

Once the client is satisfied with the proposed plan and budget, we progress to installing the plan in all aspects:

• Softscapes: turf grasses, ground covers, pot plants, flowers, shrubs & trees.
• Water features: swimming pool, water fountain, water cascades, streams, jacuzzi & ponds.
• Hardscapes: cabros, Mazeras, slabs & brick pathways, road channels, road kerbs, parking lot & driveway.
• Accessories: automatic pop-up irrigation system, garden benches and sits, retaining wall, garden lights, footbridges, monuments, sprinklers, parasols, pergola, gazebo, kitchen garden, chicken coop and orchards.

The service entails maintenance of the site in terms of watering, mowing, pruning and sweeping to ensure it is neat and up to standards.

The company also sells true to type plants that are healthy. They include but not limited to: paspallum, Kikuyu, zimbabwe, arabica and pemba turf grasses, all ground covers, all pot plants, flowers, shrubs and trees.
